Please read this policy before subscribing on plus.directory. By subscribing and accepting our Terms of Service, you agree to the terms below. For one-off purchases of individual mockups on mockups.directory, the shop's own refund policy applies.
Directory Plus is offered as a monthly and a 6-month subscription, billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term, and you keep full access until then. We do not issue partial or pro-rata refunds for unused time within a term.
Where you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of subscribing. However, by starting to use the Service during that period, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have begun providing the Service — for example once you sign in and access the mockup library or render an asset. This mirrors Section 4 of our Terms of Service.
We issue refunds in rare and exceptional cases, for example:
If you believe your case qualifies, contact us within 14 days of the charge at hi@mockups.directory with the email you subscribed with and a description of the issue.
Approved refunds are processed by Stripe back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
We may update this policy from time to time; changes will be reflected on this page. The version in force at the time of a charge applies to that charge.
